License for Use and Distribution
1. All copyrights to the FreeDBGrabber are exclusively owned by the author - Bikineev Igor.
2. Any user has a right to use It for free during unlimited period since the moment of the installation.
3. The author reserves the right to revoke validity of this agreement for any future versions.
4. The program can be free distributed in such condition in which It is delivered. No person or company may take a fee for the distribution of FreeDBGrabber without written permission from the copyright holder.
5. THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES OR EVEN FUNCTIONALITY (RIGHT OR WRONG) CAN BE TAKEN BY AUTHOR. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PROGRAM.
6. You have no right to use, copy, emulate, create new versions, deliver in lease, give on hire, sell, change, decompile, disassemble, investigate program's code in some other way, deliver registered program or any of its components, differently, than it is determined by this license agreement. Making any of described actions brings immediate and full cessation of this license and can cause persecution by law.
7. All rights not presented here are saved for author of this program.
8. Installation and use of FreeDBGrabber is indicative of insight and agreement with conditions of this license.
9. If You don't agree for some or other reason with conditions of license, You must delete all the files of the program FreeDBGrabber from all Your device of keeping information and abandon to its use.
